Each property in SmoothStay is one of your vacation rentals, hotel rooms or other spaces, with its own guidebook. You can personalize each one with its own details, media and guest information, or share content across several properties.
Open a property from the Properties list. You'll see one column of rows. Click a row and its settings open in a side panel, one section at a time. At the top you'll find the property's General share link card, and the Preview and Share buttons.
Properties
The basics about the place itself:
Basics: property name, number or ID, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, max guests and a short summary.
Description: the full description of the property.
Location: the address and map pin, plus an optional location image and directions. See How SmoothStay handles property addresses.
Amenities: what the property offers, grouped by type. You can import them from Airbnb.
Tags: group properties so articles show only where they apply.
Hosts: pick who on your team can see this property. Admins and editors always can.
Guidebook
Access
Status: publish the guidebook or turn it off. Guests lose access right away when it's off.
Public view: one public link that opens the guidebook without a reservation or access code.
URL path: change the guidebook address. Links you already shared stop working.
Content
Home: the welcome title, welcome message, avatar and home background (single image, slideshow or video).
Branding: use your brand profile, or set a custom logo, colors and website for this property.
Guest info: check-in and check-out times, Wi-Fi network and password, access to the property, and house rules.
Language: the guidebook language for this property.
AI
AI Concierge: turn the AI Concierge on or off for this property.
Widgets: see which home widgets this property uses, and give any of them custom settings for this property. See Guidebook home widgets.
Pro tip: small details, like a clear photo of the entrance or the Wi-Fi password in Guest info, make a big difference for guests and cut down the questions you get.
