Why It Matters
How it Works
1
Set your tone once
Open Settings → AI and choose the tone that fits your brand. Friendly & Casual for a beach bungalow, Luxury & Formal for a boutique villa, Neutral & Balanced if you're not sure. You can change it anytime, and every future rewrite picks up the new tone automatically.
2
Write at least 40 characters
Open any article and write the basics — even fragments work. The Assistant uses the article's title, category, and subcategory alongside your draft to understand the context. The more useful detail you give it, the better the rewrite.
3
Click Assistant, review, apply
Hit the Assistant button at the top right of the editor. A preview popup shows the rewritten version. Apply the changes if you like them, or close the preview and keep your original. One click each way.

How to Get the Most Out of Your Guidebook's AI Writing Assistant
Start rough on purpose. The Assistant works better with a quick brain-dump than a half-polished draft. Type what you'd say to a friend over text, hit Assistant, and let it do the cleanup. Trying to write "well" first usually slows you down.
Select a 'Neutral & Balanced' tone if you're unsure. It's the safest default for most properties — clean, informative, lightly warm. You can always change tones later as your brand voice solidifies.
Use the Data Dictionary for anything that changes. Wifi passwords, door codes, names — these are wrapped in double curly braces {{ }} and the Assistant leaves them alone. They render dynamically when guests view the article, even after a rewrite.
