Questions About OwnerRez
How long does it take to connect OwnerRez?
About five minutes for a single property. Authorizing takes a minute, and the rest is importing or linking your properties.
Will every OwnerRez booking get a guidebook?
Every booking on a property you've imported. Owner and maintenance blocks are skipped.
What happens if a booking changes in OwnerRez?
Date changes, guest changes and cancellations flow through from OwnerRez within seconds. The access window follows the new dates, and cancelled stays lose access.
Does SmoothStay change anything in my OwnerRez account?
Only one thing: it writes each guest's guidebook link to a booking field called SmoothStay guidebook link. Everything else in OwnerRez stays as it is.
Is the OwnerRez integration ready to use?
Yes. It's in beta and works today for properties, bookings, guest contacts and door codes. If something looks off, email hello@smoothstay.io and we'll look into it.
