Questions About Airbnb Connect
Do I need a PMS to connect Airbnb?
No. Airbnb Connect is for hosts who manage their listings directly on Airbnb. If you already use Hospitable or OwnerRez, connect that instead, since it covers your Airbnb listings too.
Which Airbnb listings are imported?
Listings you own on your Airbnb account. Listings where you’re a co-host aren’t included. Co-hosts can still set up a guidebook from an Airbnb listing link.
Does SmoothStay change anything on my Airbnb account?
No. SmoothStay reads your listings, reservations and guest contacts. It never changes your listings, prices or calendar.
Can SmoothStay send guest messages through Airbnb?
Not yet. Automatic guest messages through Airbnb are coming soon. For now, paste each reservation’s guidebook link into your Airbnb messages.
How does the Airbnb connection work?
SmoothStay connects to Airbnb through Hospitable Connect, a service built by Hospitable. You sign in on Airbnb, approve access, and can disconnect any time from Settings, then Integrations.
